June 12, 2023—The Specialized Carriers & Rigging Association (SC&RA) has announced the 2023 recipients of their Crane & Rigging Safety Awards. Each year, SC&RA recognizes individuals and companies across the U.S. and Canada who practice crane and rigging safety and meet specific criteria.
The Rigger Safety Award was presented to riggers who exhibit exemplary work achievements, including seven riggers who are CCO-certified:

- Shane Hebert – Deep South Crane and Rigging, LLC (Baton Rouge, LA)
- Dan Holt – PSC Crane & Rigging (Piqua, OH)
- David Isenberg – Roll Group (Dayton, TX)
- Christopher Ragle – Deep South Crane and Rigging, LLC (Baton Rouge, LA)
- Ted Sloan – Deep South Crane and Rigging, LLC (Baton Rouge, LA)
- John Wilson – Southway Crane & Rigging, LLC (Lexington, SC)
